3 Easy Steps to Get Samples from Us

We appreciate the opportunity to work with you. We have all the hardware and the latest software to make sure your job begins correctly. If you do not have access to digital files, you can call or send us the artwork you have. If the art is in a usable form, we will proceed with the job. Depending on the quality of the supplied art, this may result in additional prepress costs.

To ensure the integrity of your files, please read the following information carefully and feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.

  1. File format. The preferred file format is Adobe Illustrator. We do however also accept vector PDF, Freehand, InDesign, Photoshop, and Quark Xpress. Include any fonts that were used for the job or convert all text to vector art (“create outlines” or “convert to paths”). If you don’t have the design files, no worries, we have in-house designers ready to work for you.
  2. File Transfer. When sending multiple files as e-mail attachments, please use compression software if possible. Send files to [email protected]. Alternatively, you can also use Google Drive or Dropbox.
  3. For samples, we will ask you to pay for freight costs. If you have an Express account (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc), we can send the samples to you with your Express account. If you don’t have an Express account, you can prepay us Express cost (around $50 – $80) through PayPal.
